Internet Resources for CMU Programs

The Internet can be a powerful and convenient tool when conducting research on majors or careers. It can also be used to conduct a job search. Career Services has researched CMU majors, pre-programs and some typical careers and developed a listing of related Internet resources. The information contained on each document is not meant to be all the resources available, but merely a starting point for your career, major, internship and/or job search.

Several publications, databases, and trade magazines are available in hard-copy format.  Please stop into Career Services or make an appointment to obtain these additional resources.

CMU Pre-Professional Program Resources

These are not majors offered by CMU instead they are intended to guide students on prerequisites classes that may be required to pursue programs at other schools or after receiving a Bachelor degree.

Some of theses programs require professional or graduate schooling to continue in or obtain employment in the field; sometimes an undergraduate major is not enough academic preparation or training!  Use the link below for information about advanced degrees in the aforementioned areas and other proper graduate programs.
