On-Campus Interviewing

The Career Services staff has the experience necessary to make your visit to campus a productive and enjoyable experience.  We have five private interview rooms, and others available in the University Center, for use during your recruiting visit and offer a variety of services to assist your recruiting efforts.  For example,  we can assist with: publicizing your visit to campus; setting up a panel, forum and/or informational session and searching the eRecruiting system for students and alumni that meet position requirements.  Contact either Diane Prenkert or Lynn White for questions regarding on-campus interviewing or you can e-mail them by using the links below.

eRecruiting

Career Services has partnered with Experience to provide employers access to qualified candidates at Central Michigan University through eRecruiting.  This web-based tool will assist with managing the on-campus recruiting process online and will give students access to job listings 24/7.

NACELink

NACElink is available to employers to post jobs and search for students and new graduates in several ways.  Employers and colleges do not have to be a member of NACE or DirectEmployers Association to participate.

Resume Referrals

Career Services maintains a database of registered students seeking full-time and internship positions.  This database can be searched for candidate resumes matching specific qualifications and needs.  You can perform these searches after receiving access to eRecruiting or we can conduct the search for you and e-mail student resumes matching your requirements.  We would need the following information to process your referral (if we are conducting the search): major or program of study you are targeting (required) and; graduating month and year (optional).
