When should I apply for graduation?

To be assured of receiving an audit of remaining graduation requirements prior to your final semester, apply no later than:

• September 15 for May graduation
• January 15 for August graduation
• April 15 for December graduation

When and where do I get my cap and gown?
You can purchase your cap and gown online from the CMU Bookstore along with alumni gear, diploma frames and more!

How many tickets do I get for graduation?  When and where do I get them?

Each student receives 6 tickets for commencement ceremonies.  You can pick them up when you pick up your cap and gown.
